Try a Ponzol Mouthpiece for 10 Days

Choosing a mouthpiece is personal. The best way to know whether a mouthpiece is right for you is to play it with your own saxophone, reed and setup.

When you order directly from Ponzol Mouthpieces, you have a 10-day trial period beginning on the day your order is delivered. This gives you time to evaluate the mouthpiece at home and decide whether it's the right fit for you.

During Your Trial

Please handle the mouthpiece carefully and keep all original packaging.

Use a tooth patch whenever applicable to prevent tooth marks or scratches. Mouthpieces returned for refund or exchange must be clean, unmarked and in new condition.

If you decide the mouthpiece isn't right for you, you may return it during the 10-day trial period.

Returns & Restocking Fees

One mouthpiece returned for a refund:
A flat restocking fee of $20 for U.S. orders or $25 for international orders applies.

Multiple mouthpieces ordered:
If you purchase several mouthpieces and keep at least one, there is a flat $20 restocking fee on the returned mouthpieces.

Returning all mouthpieces from a multiple-mouthpiece order:
The applicable $20/$25 restocking fee may be charged for each mouthpiece returned, depending on the condition in which they are received.

Please remove all tooth patches before returning mouthpieces.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your mouthpiece for a different tip opening or model, please contact us first at info@ponzolmouthpieces.com so we can discuss the available options.

There is an $8.50 shipping charge for exchanges.

How to Make a Return

Return the mouthpiece in its original packaging, clean and in new, unmarked condition.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as customers are responsible for the return shipment until it is delivered to us.
